This is a beautiful Charles Thompson, 1902 Dutch Colonial. This grand lady was rescued from being condemned by the previous owner and she replaced all the plumbing and electrical. The current owner has replaced wrought iron with columns and replaced the decking in front and built a deck in the back. Flower beds were added, a retaining wall built around the property, a driveway poured, and a carport and storage shed were added. Energy efficient windows were installed, and many of the light fixtures are new. The exterior was painted in 2015 and touched up last fall. New 20 year architectural shingles laid with roof repair, and the chimneys capped in 2017. Also in 2017 the upstairs heat and air was replaced and a mini- split installed on the sleeping porch.
