These exterior-entry, walk-up apartments feature four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan, an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas fireplace. Free on-site parking is available with a permit. A $40 monthly utility fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. Residents are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and any optional services. Pets allowed with a refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. Additional fees and requirements include a $50 screening fee per applicant and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month through our provider, unless proof of qualifying alternative coverage is provided. If the approved move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, a holding fee equal to 25% of one month's rent will be required. The holding fee will be applied toward the security deposit at move-in and may become non-refundable if the applicants do not take possession under the terms of the holding agreement.
