These exterior-entry, walk-up units feature 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floorplan, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas fireplace. Free on-site parking is available with permits. A $40 monthly utility fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and other optional services. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional refundable pet deposit of $345 per pet, limited to two pets per household, and breed, weight, or other restrictions may apply.
