The third is that the unit has solid LVP floors so animals of all sizes are welcome with no additional deposit. And most of the utilities are included; you only have to pay electric. The unit is very energy efficient with R60 insulation in the roof and R28 in the walls with double pane, lo-E fiberglass windows. Every room has its own ceiling fan and the HVAC is brand new and super energy efficient. The kitchen has higher end appliances, custom cabinets with tons of storage, and quartz countertops. The 10 foot ceilings make it feel much bigger! There is a super energy efficient all-in-one washer/dryer in the unit. Two off street parking spaces and a great covered patio area make it perfect for guests. There is a nice outdoor area that is totally enclosed if you have dogs. We are asking 1600 a month for rent but we are open to discussing that figure depending on your specific situation. Electricity needs to be paid for by the renter. And obviously Internet is on you as well. We will take care of everything else, water trash, Sewer, etc.. A year lease is preferred, but we are open to other possibilities. Being close to the college we understand that there may be visiting professors who are looking for a short term lease and we can talk about that.
