I am staying in the master room and renting out the larger room for $650 (dimensions are 11' x 11' with 2' x 7' closet). This includes: - Your own private bathroom. - Your own garage spot. - All utilities included. - Must have clean background (background check is required). No smoking. No drinking parties. - Contract lengths available are 4 months, 6 months, 1 year. After your first contract ends, you get to choose to renew at month-to-month. You get to choose your term length. Move-in amount would be: - 1st month rent ($650) + Deposit ($300) ($250 being refundable at the end of term) = $950.
