Our home is situated on a corner lot which offers a great lot. About 6 years ago we installed a roof over the deck on the back of the house as well as installing wood lattice around the area under the deck. This is where the filters for the KOI pond are installed was well as it made a good storage area for my yard working tools. A new entry door to the foyer, a new door for entry to the basement were installed as well as new sliding glass door replaced the french doors leading to the deck on the backside. All windows in the home have window tint installed on them. New kitchen appliances were installed within the past 3 years as well as a new double stainless steel sink. Color matched concrete and retainer wall gives the pool a clean and crisp look. Black fencing has been installed around the pool and retainer wall to control access. A 10ft X 12 ft deck was built and in 2022 a new metal gazebo was built with fan and blue LED lighting around the top inside. Multiple bannana trees were installed around the pool area as well as 2 palm trees. Blue solar powered LED marker lights have been installed around the edge of the pool on the concrete to give a neat view at night as well as the lights being installed on the steps leading to the pool from the basement area. Solar powered flickering flame lights are installed inside the fence area around the pool as well as on gates of the fencing that surrounds almost 1/2 of the l acre lot. Tiki torches with live flames give that final ambiance to an oasis in our backyard. Four new Infinity security cameras were installed with wifi connection. The first week of April 2021 saw a remodel of the entrance to the front door with removal of all vinyl siding, soffit ceiling on the porch,vinyl posts and porch rails. The entire house was painted two tones of green. The entrance to the porch had board and batten wood that was stained installed as well as hand made and stained shutters with shutter dogs. The ceiling was replaced with lap board siding painted light green. Two can lights were installed as well as a new main light fixture with 6 wire connections that can be installed to different distances and lengths. Old Edison style LED bulbs of various sizes and styles were installed. Wood porch railing with black metal balusters were installed with 6x6 stained porch posts. A new gate was installed on the main entrance that allows us to let our grandkids and pets out on the porch. Wood trim was installed to case in all the former area covered by vinyl siding. A new 20 foot flagpole was installed as well as custom made gable accent pieces. The ambiance of the home completely changed and at night the new lighting truly gives a nice glow
