Beautifully and fully finished basement and landscaping. Oversized 2 car garage. French doors open onto back deck; large front porch. South side of house dedicated/ fenced dog run. Walk-in master closet and large master bath. 2 bathtubs, 2 showers. Laundry room. Thank you for your interest in our property. We are looking for tenants for a house at 2234 Trenton St. in Denver. All other properties have been rented. We will hold open houses at 2-4 pm Sundays until the properties are rented. We do not show properties at other times. Please see Zillow or Craigslist for pictures, rent, etc. COVID notice: 1 family allowed inside house/ building at a time. Must wear mask. 6' social distancing practiced. Please do not touch surfaces. Applications are available at the open houses. Please complete an application for each person over 18 that will reside at the property and leave the application and fee ($20 per applicant, charged for processing) at the open house. Once your application and fee are received, we will run credit and criminal checks and contact your current and previous landlord and employer. One application can be used for multiple properties managed by Red Wheelbarrow Property Services, Inc. We collect deposit (1 month's rent, plus 1/2 month's rent if you have pets) at the time the lease is signed and we collect first month's rent prior to move-in.
