Looking for somebody to take over my lease I'm moving away in mid-January and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease goes through August of 2021. The house is in Como, has a big backyard and is relatively quiet. There are four other roommates (two are UM grad students) and everyone is chill. The room will have a desk, a dresser, a small table and a small one-person couch. I'm also gonna leave behind my mattress, mattress protector and small bedframe. Rent also includes utilities. Internet bill is $15 a month (just Venmo one of the roommates). No pets allowed. You could move in around mid-Jan or at the beginning of February, depending on what works for you. Any questions?
