It has a comfy queen bed, a desk, two windows and a smaller walk-in closet with shared bathroom/shower right across the hallway. Laundry is also in that same bathroom. Downstairs is a fully stocked and updated kitchen, dining room, and large living room. The large front porch faces the street and has a porch swing, sofa, and comfy chairs. There is an uncovered back patio with chairs and fire pit. The dog is a small older Yorkie-Poo that stays inside the house. The two cats live outside and do not come inside the house.
No smoking, no overnight guests or unapproved parties. Shared space is to be kept clean and picked up, including kitchen usage (dishes, pots/pans, etc.). There's no laundry service, so you will need to wash your own towels, rags, etc. You will need to pass a background check. There is a female host living on the property in one of the rooms upstairs. Your bedroom door has a keyed lock for your security and privacy.
