Very unique find in a great location near Musser Park in the City of Lancaster. The apartment is large and bright with lots of windows. It is well laid out and has four closets. The kitchen has a dish washer, plenty of space for a table, and a combo washer/dryer for laundry. The apartment is very close to most things the city has to offer - Lancaster General Hospital (Penn Medicine), the convention center, bars, restaurants - and only about a ten minute walk to places like Central Market. Still a fairly central location, just a bit more quiet than the heart downtown. Street parking. The tenant is responsible for the water, electric (garage has electricity as well) and gas bills, landlord covers the trash. The apartment has all new windows, which saves on the utility costs; the heat system is a forced air gas furnace. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside of the building; this includes vaping. The typical lease term is one year, but we are willing to rent for less than a year for a premium on the rent. Pets are permitted with certain limitations. Generally speaking we try to limit it to two pets and our insurance company will not allow for the usual restricted breeds of dogs.
