The golf course is across the street, the neighbors generally keep to themselves. A scattering of children are throughout the neighorborhood. A huge dedicated Veterans Park is across the main avenue. A newly built public library is less than 3 miles away. Shopping is very convenient and we are inland so the hurricanes don't really create such a worry as does those closer to the water. The gulf is about 15 miles west of this home for boaters and bathers alike. Its a great neighborhood overall.
