2018 Midcountry Westlake Mobile Home 76x16 I've owned this place for the last four years and it's been a great starter home for me. Great location right outside of Ames and not too far from Des Moines and Ankeny. The park is always kept very clean and nice. Flummerfelt does a great job of managing it and keeping up on things. There has been minimal maintenance to keep up with this place. I have made a few upgrades including: Over range microwave New Faucet in sink New Roof New Siding Never had any issues with utilities.
