The apartment has its own entrance with a small patio overlooking the water and is not accessible from the main house. The property is within easy commuting distance to Patuxent River NAS, the Cove Point Plant, Calvert Cliffs Power Plant, and the Chesapeake Biological Lab. There is an addition $150 utility fee that includes all utilities, WiFi, trash and recycling. PO box must be rented through Post office. There is an off street parking spot. We live in the main house with two children and a friendly dog. Year long lease preferred. Single occupant only. Move in date and lease term negotiable.
