(The average cost for gas and power during the spring and fall months per person is $30 - $40/mo and the average cost during winter and summer months is $45 - $55/mo) The property is about 7 minutes away from Downtown, about 7 minutes away from the U of U, and 3 minutes away from Westminster. The home is in a great central location for quick freeway access to I-80, I-15, and I-215.
