I have a 7 pound funny dog, I am easy to get along with and like my share of laughs, hiking and exploring new discoveries are my passion. I enjoy to party now and then with my friends but this is by no means a "party house", I am between roommates. This is a very safe apartment located on the 2nd floor. I have a clean, clean unfurnished 2nd bedroom that has its own full bath and walk in closet. The 2 bedroom are divided by the living areas, kitchen and family room opening to a deck with a gas grill with views of Colorado beauty. You can use my Unlimited Wi-Fi internet for free. I only ask to share utilities that are super cheap....averages about $29. per person monthly. Of course, the standard first and last months rent will be required on signing sub-lease agreement after credit check.
