The lights are all upgraded led ceiling lights and recess kitchen lights. There are about 5 steps going up into the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom tile is original blue tiles, well maintained and grouted, almost new vanity, and the bedroom is very big with a closet, the floor is nice and the whole apt is very warm, bedroom half floor higher than the outside ground, nice dry and looking into the backyard. The whole house has surrounded surveillance cameras, couple of them at the front and at the back. It's very safe and welcoming to live in. We are looking for a tenant with good credit 720 minimum, with no eviction record, with employment and income varifiable, with NO PET.
