It's a very big apartment with about 1100 square feet, most of the 3 bedroom apt is just about 800 square feet. It has a huge livingroom with front porch, the highest in the block with beautiful view. The whole apt was painted and renovated last year with new bath, new kitchen with marble countertop, high end cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator and stove, custom led lights in the whole apt. We are looking for a tenant with no more than 4 people, with good credit history and financially capable, no bankruptcy, no court eviction.
