We've absolutely loved living at this home, and honestly, this is one of those homes that's hard to let go of as we've relocated out West. The neighborhood is incredibly family-friendly, quiet, and full of great people. There are walking trails right behind the home, tons of green space, playgrounds nearby, and it just has that welcoming community feel that's getting harder to find. The home itself has been meticulously maintained from day one. We've taken a ton of pride in keeping it in exceptional condition not a single paint speck, scuff, or blemish on the walls. It truly feels clean, cared for, and move-in ready throughout. The layout is also super functional. You've got plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a dedicated office (or 5th bedroom) for anyone working from home, plus a private lower-level suite with its own entrance that's perfect for guests, extended family, or just extra flexibility. The home gets amazing natural light, and the deck backs to peaceful greenery and trails which makes it feel much more private than your typical townhome. One of the biggest reasons we chose this area was the schools. The Loudoun County school pyramid here is fantastic, and we've genuinely loved being part of this community. Everything is also incredibly convenient you're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, One Loudoun, Brambleton, the Silver Line Metro, and Dulles Airport, which makes travel extremely easy. And if you enjoy getting outdoors, Loudoun County wine country is right nearby. Some of our favorite weekends have been spent visiting the local wineries and breweries just a short drive away. Overall, this home has been a wonderful place for us, and we're looking for tenants who will appreciate it as much as we have. Renter is responsible for all utilities and basic yard upkeep.
