Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in our sprawling back yard or unwind in one of our two living spaces with leather couches and a wall mounted TV. We will provide one complimentary in-stay clean! The space This 1,600 sq. ft. 3BD/1/BA Duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with king and queen beds upstairs, a full bed in the basement, a sofa bed in the living room and a queen air mattress. The rental comes with a fully functional kitchen, partially-finished basement, 2 off-street parking spaces, a fenced back yard and additional complimentary amenities- e.g., secure Wi/Fi, Sling TV & Netflix, washer/dryer, coffee, central heat and air conditioning, grill and fire pit. Guest access You have access to a fenced in back yard and 2 private parking spots. Other things to note There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per month. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days. We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
