The home is currently occupied by 2 people so you will all share the living room, kitchen, backyard, dining room, bonus room/lounge, etc.. very quiet neighborhood. Kitchens and laundry are furnished. - Tenant 1: male, working professional in tech (senior software engineer). - Tenant 2: male, hospitality manager - Tenant 3: Potentially YOU. The room is currently NOT furnished. Brand new stove, fridge, Washer and dryer in home (just purchased March 2026), fridge and kitchen are all shared. Lots of parking available. We are only accepting one tenant max ($1100 for one person). Pets are not allowed because of a housemate who has respiratory issues due to dander/fur. - First month's Rent and safety deposit ($1100) are due prior to move in. Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash, Check are all accepted for monthly rent. - Background checks will be conducted since the home is located within 200 yards of a park and HOA requires it. - We only ask that you are CLEAN, courteous, drugs free, drama free, no shoes inside the house, no smoking within 100 feet of the home, and just remember to take out the trash bins every Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Outside shoes are NOT to be worn inside (that's just really gross).
