Three Large Bedrooms; Two of them are primary bedrooms with double vanities and walk-in closets. The upstairs primary has a built-in computer area, built-in ironing board cabinet, and a spacious balcony. The downstairs primary has a sliding door leading to the backyard with a covered patio, recessed lighting and an outdoor ceiling fan. The third bedroom is big enough for two twin beds and has two floor-to-ceiling closet units. The kitchen has stainless steel dishwasher, range, and microwave, a spacious pantry and a french door leading to the courtyard. Tenant supplies their own refrigerator. The pool and spa have a pebble finish. The pool is fenced with pool safety fencing (required to stay in place.) It's surrounded by about 1000 Square Feet of Earth tone stamped concrete. The Backyard has a small, detached hobby room. It is completely dry-walled and has electricity and built-in shelving. The front yard has a spacious gated courtyard. The garage is completely dry-walled and painted. It has lots overhead lighting, plenty of cabinets for storage and hookups for your washer and dryer. Tenant supplies their own washer and dryer. Showings by appointment only. Please do not disturb tenants. We will not show the house to anyone who disturbs tenants. Note: This property meets the exemption requirements of Sections 1947.12 (d) (5) and 1946.2 (e) (8) of the Civil Code. The owner is not managed by a real estate agent, broker or management company and is not a: (1) a real estate investment trust, as defined by Section 856 of the Internal Revenue Code; (2) a corporation; or (3) a limited liability company in which at least one member is a corporation.
