Downstairs is a sitting area and playroom with a ping pong table, a professional treadmill and floor to ceiling windows opening to the backyard. Play golf, tennis, or rent paddle boards, kayaks or boats nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe day & night. The New York train, restaurants, groceries and shopping are 5 minutes away.
