    Fantastic location in downtown Kirkland. Half a block from city hall and two blocks from downtown and the bus center. Recent remodel, granite kitchen and hardwood floors. Washer and dryer in unit. Very quiet with no common walls. Parking on the street. Pets are welcome. No smoking. 230 5th Ave Some map apps are showing it as 5th ave W, just 5th Ave My normal monthly rent is $2000 a month. I just sold the building to a builder. It's possible they would be ready to go in a year. It also could be two years. And there's always the possibility they don't even buy it. This is a great opportunity for someone to live in Kirkland and save some money. The monthly rent is $500 less than market value. The worst thing that could happen is you would have to move in a year. If at the end of your lease the builder does need you to move I'm giving you $2000 for moving expenses. Even if it's after two years I'm still going to you $2000 for moving expenses. I'm doing this because everybody including me hates to move! 9 month minimum
