I just sold the building to a builder. It's possible they would be ready to go in a year. It also could be two years. And there's always the possibility they don't even buy it. This is a great opportunity for someone to live in Kirkland and save some money. The monthly rent is $500 less than market value. The worst thing that could happen is you would have to move in a year. If at the end of your lease the builder does need you to move I'm giving you $2000 for moving expenses.
