Gas fireplaceGranite in kitchenLarge deck off sideLarge deck out frontNew carpet

Great location, half a block from city hall and two blocks from bus, library and Peter Kirk park. Inside is whats left of a 100 year old house. Granite in kitchen and bathroom. Gas fireplace and stove. Large deck out front and large deck off side. Parking for one car is on the side of the garage, and then a second car can be parked on the street. Very quiet unit with no common side walls. This unit is the second floor of a three floor building. No smoking. Pets ok. New carpet. 230 5th ave For some reason the address is showing it as 232 5 ave west. It isn't west, just 5 ave. It's east of Market street. I just sold the building to a builder. At the earliest you might have to move is in a year. I'm renting the unit for about $500 less a month than the market average. I'm also offering $2000 for moving expenses if the builder does ask you to move. It could be two years before the builder needs you to move. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to save money and still live in downtown Kirkland. it's also possible the builder doesn't buy the building so then it would just be a place I rent, like I have for 30 years. Unit is only for a total of two people 9 months
