MINIMUM one month. MAXIMUM lease period is 2-3 months. Seriously, that is the maximum. Fully FURNISHED, including spices, linens, and soaps. No storage area. Beautiful and comfortable non-smoking, completely FURNISHED home in a great Bellingham residential neighborhood, near oldest park in town. Great "Norman Rockwell" neighborhood, Spacious remodeled 1905 home. Private back yard. Large, 750 sq ft, entire upstairs master suite (2-story home) with 11' ceiling and 2 gables. Memory foam mattress in Master Suite. 2 downstairs bedrooms. Casper memory foam queen bed in front downstairs bdrm. 2nd downstairs bedroom with queen spring futon, wood/cork flooring in downstairs kitchen/dining area. Living room, parlor, dining room and kitchen with open floor plan and some original fir flooring. Fully equipped kitchen, spices, sauces, coffee, espresso machine, digital toaster oven, 2 ovens, gas range, microwave, and small island. 3 year-old refrigerator, 2 year-old tank-less water heater, new dishwasher, new washing machine. Small yard, artistic flagstone patio, flower garden with patio furniture, gas BBQ, sitting front porch, WIFI, 55" smart TV in parlor for streaming, 40" dumb TV in master suite. Office area in master suite, with monitor. Stereo downstairs. Viewable gas flame free-standing Lopi stove for heat downstairs. Fake electric flame fireplace stove in parlor and upstairs master suite. Garage is exclusively for owner's use. There are a lot of indoor plants. We ask renters to water plants. This provides additional privacy (versus us coming in to water). Rent includes utilities and WiFi. WIFI = nominal 400 mbps, 1 tb data. Pets require PRE-APPROVAL (via text or email). Provide size, age, breed. No puppies please. A smaller dog (NOT Newfoundland or Great Dane) may be OK after discussion and with pre-approval. NO SMOKING. We mean it. Don't smoke - anything. It's stinky; it's a fire hazard. There is an automatic $250 charge for any evidence of smoking on the property. Let me repeat NO SMOKING. NOTE: This is a normal 2-storey home with stairs at entry and stairs to the upstairs master suite. No special accommodations have been made for any age group or specific needs. Rate includes utilities and internet/WIFI (400mbps/1TB per month). Fees/Deposit Required: Security deposit - $1200 Cleaning fee - $175 Pet fee - $50/pet Rent, fees, and deposits must be paid in full before arrival. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Primary renter must be over 21. A rental application must be completed. A rental agreement must be completed and signed. Rent includes capped amount for utilities and WIFI. This is NOT a long-term rental. It's my home that I only rent when traveling. My neighbor manages affairs when I am away. No smoking - anywhere on the property. Must have answered my posted "standard questions". Must have completed my application form. Max 6 people. Prefer fewer. Water indoor plants as needed. Viable income and employment. Meet pet policy - (pet must be pre-approved by me, limit one pet, rare exception for 2). No puppies. Cat - generally not. Meet vehicle limit policy. No oil leaking vehicles. Deposit and rent required before occupancy. Funds must be available at time presented. Children must be supervised and orderly. Must be OK with entry steps and stairs to upstairs. Must accept that the home is not "childproofed". Must accept that the home has no special accommodations for ANY special needs. Must have confirmed good credit (720+). Be willing and able to water indoor plants. No garage access for tenants. No Bicycles on wood floors or carpets. Tenant accepts responsibility to leave furniture as found and electronics set up as found on arrival. Only persons on rental agreement to stay and sleep on the premises.
