Utilities Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, trash collection, internet, and any other services used at the premises. 2. Yard and Landscape Maintenance Tenant agrees to maintain the front and back yard in a clean and presentable condition. This includes but is not limited to: Regularly watering all grass, plants, and vegetation. Mowing the grass and removing weeds or debris. Ensuring the yard is free from trash, clutter, or other obstructions. 3. Tree Maintenance and Sprinkler System The Landlord is responsible for trimming and maintaining the plum trees.
