My apartment is in a student complex affiliated with the University at Buffalo, and it is perfect for a student taking summer classes, or someone working here over summer. It is on the third floor, so no noisy upstairs neighbors. It has a lake view, and is on the more secluded side of the complex. There is plenty of parking. It is fully furnished with hardwood floors, leather living room furniture, a TV stand, side tables, a full size bed, a desk and desk chair. It has a full size kitchen with an oven and range, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and double sink with garbage disposal. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, tub/shower, medicine cabinet, and a full closet. The apartment complex has a free, spacious, updated gym, a hot tub, a fire place, and a patio with a grill. There is also a community center with PC and MAC computers, a printer, complimentary coffee and tea, a game room, and mail room. UPS and FedEx deliver to the door. If you are a student, there is a bus that takes you to campus, or to the mall on Saturdays. It is very close to UB's north campus. Trash, heat, water, cable, and internet all included. Owner is responsible for electricity (National Grid).
