This fully furnished studio apartment has everything you need while you are in Corvallis. The large room includes a queen-size bed with linens, TV, couch, and dressers. There is an efficiency kitchen with a hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, and all the essentials you'll need to make simple meals. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and two sinks--one kitchen sink for washing dishes and a regular bathroom sink. The studio is located in our home, but we do not share any common space. You have your own keyless entrance, efficiency kitchen, large bathroom, covered patio, and driveway. It is available for a 1-year rental. Renter pays a flat fee of $200 per month for all utilities including water, garbage, electricity, and high-speed internet. There is a smart TV in the studio where you can sign in to your favorite streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix and Hulu). The studio apartment is in Southtown Corvallis. It is family-friendly, a great place to bike, and close to Willamette Park. There is a bus stop two blocks from our house, and all of the buses in Corvallis are free. Please note that this is a family home, and while we do not share common spaces, we do share walls. We have two young children, and you'll hear them throughout the day, as you would in an apartment.
