You have your own entrance, small yard, and deck. - The studio apartment is in Southtown Corvallis. It is family-friendly, a great place to bike, and close to Willamette Park. There is a bus stop two blocks from our house, and all of the buses in Corvallis are FREE. Please note that this is a family home, and while we do not share common spaces, we do share walls. RENTAL TERMS - Rent: $900 per month - Renter pays a flat fee of $200 per month for all utilities including water, garbage, electricity, and high-speed internet. There is a smart TV in the studio where you can sign in to your favorite streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix and Hulu). - Security Deposit: $800 - It is available for a six-month lease and then month-to-month. - No smoking. - Yard maintenance is included in rent.
