Tenant's are responsible for the general mainentance of the home, to include, but is not limited to: pest control, lawn maintenance, replacing A/C filters regularly, replacing smoke detector batteries, etc. Tenant's must provide their own utilities: cable, internet, electric, renters insurance, etc. Renters insurance is required to remain active during active tenancy. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Minimum lease term is 12 months. 2 pet maximum, $400.00 pet fee (non-refundable and per pet) is required. $30.00/month for pet rent per pet. No cats. Dogs accepted. Screening Criteria: 1.
