Available August 1st Rent & Utilities: $1,250/month including utilities (I know it's a lot, don't yell at me, I don't control this market!) Private landlord who is relaxed, responsive, and quick with repairs (especially A.C.) About the house: It's a charming old home in Byrd Park. The common areas are fully furnished, but I'm happy to incorporate your things so you feel at home. The front porch is perfect for classic RVA hangs, and there's a spacious backyard for whatever you want (I'm not good with outside decor). Two full bathrooms. My current roommate and I share the one upstairs, but you're also welcome to use the downstairs one if you prefer a separate shower. There's a downstairs guest room that I use for visiting friends/family. We have the option to rent it out down the road to help with the cost, but for now, I am just looking for one other roommate. House rules: No pets No-shoes household 1 year
