Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom townhouse through Avalon at Arlington Square. I absolutely love living here and am very sad to move. I am only moving to be closer to family while I'm going through cancer treatments. It is a wonderful, kid/pet friendly neighborhood. My son enjoys playing with the kids in the area and we walk over to the pool frequently which is right across the court yard. Very suburban feel while still being in the city and close to several DoD agencies. The townhouse is very quiet, we rarely hear the neighbors. It has its own one car garage with a parking space behind in the little driveway, plus free street parking. Two sets of stairs to get to the main level from the garage and one set of stairs to get to the bedrooms which are all upstairs. Laundry room is on the main floor, and is large enough for me to store a large 5 shelf organizer, and two large vacuums. I can leave the faux grass I have covering the patio and the patio umbrella. I also have a Castlery Pebble Chaise Sectional Couch w/ Ottoman that I got specifically for the living area right off the kitchen. Willing to leave that as well, I've had it less than a year and it is in very good condition. Looking for someone to take over my lease from 08/01/2026 through 08/27/2027. You will need to apply through Avalon to take over. Base rent is $3754. With utilities it usually comes out to be around $3815 a month. WILLING TO PAY 1 MONTHS RENT
