Free local tv through roof antenna catches WSAZ huntington, westerns, pbs etc. May need a bigger antenna for catching Fox and Charleston channels. Wi-Fi available through really fast Windstream fiber optic or spectrum cable. Avoid street parking. Looking for tenant with stable job, income at lease 3 times rent.
