And Income must be 3 times higher than the current rent which the family house hold should make at least $4500/month. If you are qualified for first two condition and if you already took a tour of the house decided you want to move forward with this property, the requirement is 3 months before May 1st ( ideally we want to rent it by 5/1st/2026) which is first month last month and one month of security in order to move in. Late fee, Gernally landord wants the tenant pay rent on time which the payment due date is the 5th day of the beginning of the month. If the tenant is failed to pay rent on time is required to pay $100 of late fee.
