Optionally fully furnished including a full sized quality mattress and bed, linens, pillows, rugs, mirror, art, night stands, desk, and chair. Home features crown molding and solid wood flooring throughout, with beautiful large windows, and 11' ceilings. The home is in the Freret neighborhood, with convenient access to over 20 restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs; as well as a new Rouses grocery store. Close to Audubon park, Magazine St, St Charles, Tulane and Loyola Universities. Extremely walkable - a car is not necessary. You would share the home with 2 long term housemates, both males who are working outside the home. We prefer a quiet, clean, organized, and peaceful environment.
