1978 mobile home that been completely remodeled and looks like 2024 inside and 1978 on outside.....has new everything except for the kitchen sink and windows. Was gutted and new walls, ceilings., floors, insulation, sound barrier, electrical, lights, new walk in shower, new toilet , bathroom sink, new hot water heater, water filter system, lighting, just new everything except for kitchen sink and windows. Lot also has a storage unit it's a 8x8 size big enough for lawn equipment and things like that... This place is in a small trailer park that's pet friendly but you pay a lot rent of 425 a month but you get trash can on site for household trash, lawn services if you don't want to do your grass, and water is included....this place has well water and was just replaced 2 years ago when I first moved in.
