Very private, great walking score and beautiful neighborhood. This is the back side of a victorian house with separate entrance and fenced yard. The room available is the upstairs bedroom which is carpeted, door has separate lock, private bathroom and deck. The rest of house is engineered hardwood floors and colored concrete. Lots of storage but no garage and permitted street parking. Most breeds of dogs and cats, ok with a meeting or pictures. We are the landlords and love & take care of this home. But this is a shared house with one other renter (a male). 1 year lease which is renewable each year. No smoking allowed. Renter pays $200 a month for additional utilities (inc: PG&E, SC Municipal water/sewer, garbage, pest control and light gardening) Only toilet paper in toilet (no wipes of any kind and feminine products). Washer, dryer and refrigerator included but maintained by tenant.
