Above all it is safe and quiet here. Parking is off street. There is a maintenance person on site. We are also next to the Rio Grande so walking trail and fishing are 2 activities that are out the door. We are 1/2 mile from an 18 hole golf course as well. This time of year the wintering SandHill cranes reside along the river Nov to March , they fill the sky at dawn and dusk, quite a sight to see. Only the person on the lease is to stay on/in premises. 2 people max. No parties or disturbances to the neighbors are allowed.
