If you don't like crowds of people, you won't like this. If you like downsizing your endless supply of "Stuff", you'll LOVE THIS!! Just open your garage door and be there to collect money. Open to anyone who wants to participate, usually Fri-Sun one weekend in April. Put a sticker on it and someone will buy it. (Let them deal, just get rid of it, you’ll feel great!!) Next, the Bellevue Fireman’s Picnic. A blast! (of water) Classic park food, drink, music. Later in the summer, the chili cook off. (my favorite) I have a recipe but have been too chicken to enter. Best of all, if you can’t find a place to sit, just walk back to your deck. Plenty of room there. This year they had a winter festival, part of a weekend long event that took place in many locations. They had the hay ride at the park at night, sledding, family fun, and quiet! Now, factor in Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, any day you would gather and BBQ. You have the ultimate locale to accommodate. Plus, you can use your own bathroom. Buy this house.
