Our townhouses located on the NE side of Cedar Rapids are clean, modern, well-lit, and comfortable, with private entrances, patios, attached garages, gas fireplaces, and main-level washers and dryers. Paint, flooring, trim, and appliances are kept up to date and in good working order. The location is quiet with mature trees and open grass, yet close to 1st Ave business and Lindale Mall. All exterior maintenance (including lawn care and snow removal) is included. All townhouses have identical floorplans (but with different paint and flooring): 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, main-level laundry, attached garage as well as private parking lots.
