Rent and Deposit: Monthly rent is $2,700. A security deposit of $2,700 is required and due at lease signing or before keys are provided, whichever occurs first. Move-In Costs Summary: At lease signing, the total amount due is $5,400 (first month's rent of $2,700 plus a $2,700 security deposit). If applicable, a $500 refundable pet deposit is also due at signing. Any Zillow application fee paid by the renter will be credited toward the first month's rent upon execution of the lease.
