All occupants must sign the lease. Small dog allowed. This property will be within walking distance to the new RTD light rail line which is scheduled to open in 2018. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities. $30.00 application fee. Deposit will consist of one month's rent. Pets will require an additional $200.00 deposit fee.
