Seasonal Rental Rates: May- September: $2,500 / month October 3,200 November 3,650 December: $3,850 / month January April: $4,500 / month Seasonal Offer: Reserve the full term from November through to April at a discounted rate. Parking Requirements: Street parking is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated driveway or garage spaces. Garage Door: For safety and security, garage doors must remain closed overnight. Trash Collection & Rules: Trash pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday. To avoid neighborhood fines (which will be deducted from the security deposit), trash cans must be promptly stored away after collection and not left out on the street.
