She is a woman in her mid-30's and works for a local pharmaceutical company. There are two very friendly cats and one extremely friendly golden retriever in the house already, so no more pets are allowed. The house is 3 bed, 2 bath, so you'll be taking the second bedroom and get your own bathroom (not attached to the bedroom). The third room is an office for the existing tenant. You'll have shared access to the rest of the house. The bedroom is currently unfurnished (the furniture in the images has been removed), but the rest of the house is completely furnished. The property is just under 1/4 acre with a large backyard and all natural vegetated sideyard. Rent will be $950 plus half of the utilities, which are usually about $150 each.
