It's a fairly large 2bdrm/2bath super close to downtown with plenty of interstate access to get just about anywhere downtown and downtown adjacent in under 10 minutes. The home has 2 dedicated parking spots, an outdoor patio, tool shed (perfect for storing bikes). It's a corner home so there's really only one neighbor next door. There's a fireplace inside, office area, nice storage area, and a good sized walk in closet in the master bedroom. The home has been well maintained. It's a great place for renters who like a quiet, convenient and comfortable lifestyle. Renter pays electricity, gas, cable, internet. Water, trash, and lawn care are included in the HOA fees paid by landlord. There are some bushes/plants that need to be maintained by the renter but it is very minimal. Grass care is handled by landlord. No smoking. No cats or larger dogs. Small dog(s) (up to 2) requires additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300 and $50 per dog per month additional rent. Two parking spots are included with the unit. Additional parking is limited. It is a quiet community. All of the appliances are under warranty. Renters pay the first $75 of any repair to appliances and then the landlord will pay the rest. Required that prospective tenants have good references, a steady income/job, a good rental history, and are clean and respectful. Upon move out, the main deposit will be refunded for all except $300 unless there is damage which reduces the amount to be returned. We've had lots of amazing tenants at this home and we used to live there ourselves so we know and love it. We are responsive landlords and are easy to work with.
