As you enter the through the front door you will find comfortable seating in the living room with a flat screen TV. There is a hallway leading you to the bedrooms on the left. Straight ahead you will find the kitchen and family room off to the right. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The family room is oversized with seating and flat screen TV. You will also find a wet bar with 4 stools - enjoy your favorite libation or play a nice game of cards before dinner- with the open window you will be able to connect with the family in the living area or the chef in the kitchen! There is a side door to the backyard with multi level decks, included for your pleasure is a charcoal grill , dining table, umbrella, awning and both sitting and chaise lounge chairs. The deck has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach! The house is close to 2 Fresh water ponds and just a short drive to the Nantucket Sound beaches! Just off the kitchen is another hallway with a laundry room with washer/dryer and a door to garage (feel free to store your bikes in here- bring them or we can help you rent them for the week). Down the hallway to the left are 3 bedrooms (all with A/C units) and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #1 is very spacious with beamed, cathedral ceilings and offers a King size bed with sitting area and a flat screen TV. This room also has an onsuite full Bathroom (Bath #2) with tub/shower. Enjoy access to the deck from the sitting area in this bedroom through the French door- a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. On the left of the hallway are the 2 other Bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a Full Bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds with easy access to the 2nd Bathroom in the hall. No Smoking and No Pets Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
