Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac located minutes from Augusta Health hospital, local restaurants, wineries and breweries. The apartment is a newly renovated upper unit with gorgeous mountain views. We offer a one bedroom apartment with a master bathroom and a large walk-in closet; full kitchen stocked with all amenities and a private laundry room. There are 2 smart TVs with access to many streaming platforms. We have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and we have wonderful neighbors with a local park and sidewalks for taking long walks. We are pet friendly! This is a mid-term rental that includes all utilities, disposal of trash and amenities. There is a 30-day minimum stay required. Lease renewal is always open for discussion, we do require that if our guests plan to renew the lease or vacate on lease end date; that we are informed by the 15th of the month. We will take care of the grounds; however, in the case of snowfall; we do provide shovel and salt for our winter visitors in the case that we are not home. Overnight visitors are allowed with a 3 day minimum stay. We are pet friendly and require our guests to clean up after their loved ones. There is a guest designated parking spot. This is a nonsmoking property.
