Our cozy top floor corner apartment is located on the Summit County Stage bus route. It is close to downtown Dillon, shopping, the town park, amphitheater, Marina and several ski areas, restaurants, plus many other attractions.
The rent is $2600/month for a 12 month lease. The owner pays all utilities, including internet, electricity, water and heating bills. First, last and security deposit are due at the start of the lease (total of $7,800). The lease includes off street parking for two cars. In addition to the in unit washer/dryer, the building has a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. The unit can comfortably accommodate four residents.

No smoking of any kind is permitted. Pets are not allowed in the unit per an HOA rule. Subleases are not permitted.
