If you provide a valid PTSR, landlords are prohibited from charging a rental application fee or a fee to access or use the PTSR. Kindly Note: If providing a PTSR, applicant must still fill out the KEVCO application but will not be charged a fee. RENTERS INSURANCE: each resident will be required to pay for their own renters insurance policy for the duration of the lease, carrying a minimum liability limit of $100,000.00 and naming KEVCO as an Interested Party.
