One bedroom one bathroom apartment conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and entertainment in historic downtown Everett. Tenant pays electric, water, sewer and trash included in monthly rent. First month rent, security deposit and a $225.00 administrative fee are due at the time of move in, deposit is equal to the rent*. The second month's rent will be prorated if you should take possession after the first of the month. GENERAL CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE AS TENANT(S): 1. Public Records: Court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments and evictions will be evaluated. 4. Credit History: We will review your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of four times the amount of rent plus own a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas. There is no guarantee that we can rent to you until your application is processed and completed by the screening company.
